Busted: Cheerleader Streaker Viral Video by Twentieth Century Fox

Written by: Darius  |  Category: Entreprenews

So who isn’t using YouTube to launch viral marketing campaigns these days? One of the most popular videos today and over 120,000 views… It took about 2 seconds into this clip to smell the funk of a marketing department. I wasn’t quite sure why a College or University would be using a female streaker as a marketing tool…

Who Else Was at This Game?!!!!!!

Well, none of us were… only the marketing department for a movie to be released next month by Twentieth Century Fox was there.

Bye bye Business 2.0

Written by: Eric  |  Category: Entreprenews

Business 2.0 to close

I honestly didn’t see this coming, but Business 2.0 is to close after the October issue.

TechCrunch states…

There previously has been some rumors that Business 2.0 would be taken over by a new publisher, however it appears that Time has decided to kill the magazine (as the NY Times suggests) so as to not provide a ready made magazine and subscriber list to a competitor.

Check out TC’s brief write up about it here.

4-Hour Workweek — Deutsch versus Ferriss

Versus

Okay, this may have aired a little over two months ago on The Today Show, but I only saw a clip of it moments ago on this evening’s episode of The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch.

Tough to choose sides on this one. No matter who you support, you have to feel the awkwardness Tim sat through in that hotseat.

Visit this page, then click the launch link to watch the video.

Mark Cuban on Dancing with the Stars. Really?

Written by: Travis  |  Category: Entreprenews

Mark Cuban

Jimmy Kimmel ran through the list of this coming season’s Dancing with the Stars contestants moments ago. A couple names in he mentioned Mark Cuban, and I thought he and the rest of the names were part of a mock joke list. But nobody laughed.

And so it seems it’s true. Mark Cuban is a contestant on the show. I’m kind of speechless. Mainly because he and I have much in common: We both have brown hair. Just about the same skin tone. Both businessmen. His lunch bills equate to what I make each year. But most importantly, I can guarantee you, neither of us can dance worth *#@!.

Why is this billionaire business geek throwing on his stilettos? Not a clue. He sure as hell doesn’t need the promotion. But hey, if it helps him up his star ranking as high as somebody like Ian Ziering (90210), more power to him.

Pathetic Update:

Found this really short clip of Cuban dancing. Dance white boy, dance!

Douche Bag — Our first official Wordpress plugin

Written by: Travis  |  Category: Entreprenews

Douche Bag

Most people are nice in person. For some reason, when they have a monitor hiding their face, a few of them act like douchebags. We love the community here and are glad that we don’t have any of these DBs. But when you go popular on certain social bookmarking sites, they seem to arise.

So we created a tool just for those rare instances. It’s a simple and straight forward plugin for Wordpress, called Douche Bag.
