Hey guys! I just rejoined YGG. I actually joined way back in the olden days. Lol. I was young and designing websites (well, I still am) but that's not what I want to do forever. I have a business that I want to start but I'm looking for insight where writing a business plan is concerned. There's a loan I'm interested in and to get it, you need one but I've also learned, from a friend and ex-CEO of a major company how important it is where starting your business and being organized in it are concerned. I like to read. I was wondering if anyone has any book recommendations on the subject... TIA.

Hey @erica I also recommend putting together an operations plan or adding your operations strategy to your business plan. Depending on your business, some banks will require it, and most investors want it, plus aside from raising money, it really helps you get organized and know how you are going to execute your business.Young Go Getter Administrator
