A quick education on VC
For those interested in venture capital, check out Is Venture Capital an Efficient and Transparent Market at A VC. Thanks for the education Fred.
If you don’t already subscribe to A VC, I highly recommend it. It’s always interesting. Well, except when he’s bashing Journey.

Side note
Whether you loved or loathed the Sopranos series finale (yes I’m still talking about it), there’s no denying that the lyrics from Journey’s Don’t Stop Believing were perfect for the close of that show.
Working hard to get my fill
Everybody wants a thrill
Paying anything to roll the dice
Just one more time
Some will win, some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
Oh the movie never ends
It goes on and on and on and on

I absolutely loved that article! It is so very true. Having been delt with many VC’s myself, I know they have only one goal in mind, and that is always to make a great return - as quickly as possible. This works out for the entrepreneur, because if they happen to agree with your own perceived value on a business you may be creating, you are very likely to get funding. Of course, there is always a flipside… the greedy VC who will try to negotiate funding, and from my own experience… I’d rather have no VC at all.
Anyways - great article!

I’m responding to the side note. I absolutely loved the Sopranos. HBO just knows how to make great televisions. Whether or not you liked the finale, it will still go down as one of the greatest televion series of all time.
