Young Go Getter Diet pt1: Nuke’n Goodness

I was on the phone with my friend last night who is an Hardcore YoungGoGetter & Entrepreneur. Â Our conversation peaked at him asking me for a little workout advice. Â Excited to help, I swiftly went through some of my old notes & composed a bit of research on the body-type he was trying to build. Â But then something hit me…and it hit hard. Â This guy is an entrepreneur to the core. Â There is no way he has enough time to properly eat and workout.
Hence this blog!  What kinds of diets does your entrepreneur lifestyle feed you? Crap I’d bet.  CRAP including energy drinks, fast food, process foods which can all be expensive for beginner entrepreneurs.  As Young Go Getters we deserve & need good nutritious and energizing food that will allow us to optimize our day.  This, however, is very difficult when one is constantly on the go and working 13+ hours a days.  Thank God for microwaves.  Using this “Nuke’m box”, try adding these foods to your hellish diet.
- Oatmeal- Breakfast of champions and probably the healthiest food that can come out of a microwave.  With its high fiber (lowers cholesterol) and complex carbs (slow digestion, more energy) you will definitely feel the gains of this cornmeal.  Get crazy with it and add a sliced banana or a boiled egg.  Buy rolled oats for best gains.
- Potato- High in vitamins and fiber, low in fat. Â Whats not to love in this baked sensation!? Â Carbs you say? Regardless this customizable tater is great for a lunch/dinner snack. Â Nuke for 5min, cut open, add toppings, and Voila!
- Soups- There are some decent soups around that offer a lot of nutritional value. Â But because most are processed and canned be aware of the sodium intake. Â Try to find soups that have <500mg of sodium/serving.
Try to add these foods to your entrepreneurial diets and comment if you know of a few more quick nutritious foods for us YGG’ers.  Be warned!  If you have time to slow cook these items then do so.  Microwaving does lower the  vitamins count from foods. But what the Heck!  If you are really a Young Go Getter then you will have people slow cook your meals for you in no time.
