Why did Bill Gates geek out on The Daily Show?

And the answer lies right here… in the unedited footage of The Daily Show.

Hey guys, I apologize for being a late-reader, but it seems like I missed the boat on this video thanks to Viacom pulling it from YouTube. I did see Billy G on the Daily Show during the night it aired, and I did notice he awkwardly went off stage at the end. I vaguely remember Jon Stewart saying something like Bill had to get on a plane to kick off the Vista launch, but I really wanted to see this video for a better explanation. Anyways, if anyone has a few mins, maybe they could reply with a brief synopsis?

Also, wanted to say that I just came across your site tonight, and must say that this is a great idea for a website, as I am pretty much in the same boat being a young (25) web developer who started my own business in 2004. I have added your RSS feeds to my daily dose, and I’ll be sure to keep an eye on it!
