You don’t always die from smoking
I’m not sure how many of our readers smoke. To each his own. But I wanted to share the latest ad from The Truth initiative. It’s not just a prime example of effective advertising but possibly the best public service announcement to date.
Any smokers that are reading, I’m not trying to get you to quit, but this ad is. Sometimes it doesn’t hurt if you do what an ad tells you to.

Smoking is something that is OK with moderation. All those fat ass people out there don’t get told to stop being Fat and eating like crap, and yet Obesity kills more than tabacco….

Write a list of reasons you need to quit. Ok now they are getting more positive! Again HONESTY is the gigantic word here for the same reason stated before. You need as lots of solid positive reasons for quitting cigarettes so that these ways to quit smoking cigarettes work! HINT: List them in a positive way so in lieu of writing “Scared of lung cancer” write “I need to be healthy & live a long life!” … negative reasons are not as strong as positive ones.
