Advertising & Marketing: Any marketing companies that do this?

ok say I've got my business/website setup, running short on cash, but want/need a good marketing plan put into action so sales can start flowing in.
Is there any company out there that can look at your business (either online or off), formulate a custom marketing plan and put it into action... but on a system where you pay only when you get results?
e.g. they either take a % stake in your business and do all the marketing or only when you get enough money to pay them you do
I'd also be interested in a system like this for web design/development. Since it would be great if you're short on cash to be able to have a website custom built plus marketing done. You pay nothing initially and either they take a % stake or you only pay them when you receive the money from the business. A contract could be setup to ensure both sides follow through and if the person (I) don't end up receiving any money from the business I would still need to pay back the money after a certain amount of time.
Anything like this already exist?

I have heard of some companies in the past that did it in Australia, in fact my marketing teacher did this (he has retired now and sold the business) with his marketing company and later as a business consultant.
You may be able to work out a deal with a marketing company and just dit down and negotiate with them. I have heard of some that negotiate fees based on a number of factors including on going business, referalls and reciporical business (for instance with a printing company - we give you $2k of marketing and you give us $2k of printing).

Actually I have payment plans like this right now in the works for future clients on my list. Just awaiting their "go-ahead" before I implement my plan.

Nah, YE Blogger is progressing under its own steam in terms of marketing.
But I'm thinking of it for upcoming and future projects like www.DropBuy.com.au (revamping my computer biz + other ideas for it). I will definitely be trying my own marketing plan, but if that falls short for whatever reason, it would be nice to be able to get some pros to handle the marketing.
SSM I'd be interested in having a chat with you... do you have a website?

Let me know what you come up with Nado, I think everyone could use a service like that. Pay-per-result is better than paying on faith, no doubt.

I had demand before I had a name so I started operating under sole proprietorship. Once I pick a name for my LLC I will do the website.
