Internet & Tech: Wordpress Mod

I have been trying to figure out what controls this little footer area of the template I am using for a new project and can not find it for the love of me.

The template I am using is called Anthurium and can be downloaded here: http://www.alexking.org/software/wordpress/theme_browser.php and then go to Anthurium Mix.

Anyway, I need to change the colors of the footer bar that is currently a light organge. I also need to change the hover color for the links to something besides organge.

Any help you guys can give me is great. I was looking at the code for a couple hours yesterday and I think I just kept over looking it somewhere.
