    I don't know if you remember me complaining about roofing last September (I believe it was in September). Well if you do, just an update, we sold that house. We bought it to fix and flip and it was on the market for 9 days and it's sold.

    Well I don't believe you could turn a fixer upper in Florida in 9 days. The real-estate market has gone kaput here.

    Hmm...I don't know - depends on the area. Spokane is ALWAYS playing catch up with the rest of the world. That's good and bad - when the market is booming, we're not, when it's tanking, we're not. Makes it nice because we're always stable (or always in a recession, who knows what to call it!). Not to say it hasn't gotten 'hotter' here in the recent years and could experience a slow down, but going 'kaput' in Spokane is sort of an synonymous oxymoron :).
