Glad you like it Justin. We're still working on it and will be for the next few weeks. We'll keep everyone updated on the progress as we adjust the design and build the back-end. The short wait will be well worth it once you see all of the cool details and features of the site. Stay tuned!

Guys - that looks damn awesome! A very cool layout!!
Just one major point if I may; it doesn't look like there are all that many textual links (bar for iframe content). Down the bottom, near the copyright, it would be worth having a footer with SEO friendly links:
Young Go Getter Interviews | Young Go Getter Podcasts | Young Go Getter Weekly Poll
It'll give search engines more context when they visit those page and encourage higher rankings in search engines :)

We've been trying to keep it under the radar so we don't have sites of similar nature breeding cats from the land of copy. And it sooooooo much better than the initial mock-up you see in this thread.
And Eric, don't go posting an updated link because these eager beavers are so, eager. We have our development FBI encoded with double titanium password protection of wolf eyes which are aerodynamically indestructable. :lol:
