    Hi everyone.

    A business partner and I were chatting today and we were trying to come up with an idea to create some passive income. We both work full-time and attend school part-time. I made a suggestion to buy a duplex and rent them out. The real estate boom has dropped significantly, however the price has not. Just looking for some ideas… J we’re wiling to put up front 75K a piece. Any suggestions?

    It's not a bad idea as long as it pencils in. Which one of you gets to take care of the crappy renters?

    Hey Eric,

    Well I think we're pass the duplex idea, due to not enough funds. The Duplex's here are selling for 300-500K and thats in the HOOD!(1200 Sqft)

    Any more ideas?

    how about gettigna few people together to invest. Or why don't you scout for other investor's and find the deals, then charge them a comission.
