hey all, i need some code to create some popup windows for a site. the code needs to be html based only if possible.

no i am not, im designing a site for a school organization and they wanted their officer bios and pictures to come up in popup windows when their names are clicked on.
the reason for it having to be in html is because that is all the school will allow websites to be done in without getting all kinds of permission to use php, asp, etc etc
