Internet & Tech: Favorite Newsletter Software/Script

For those of you who may manage newsletters on your websites or have set them up for your clients before, what newsletter subscription services/software/scripts would you suggest? I have a client who is looking to take her current email list and import it into a newsletter script/software (preferably online) and then use her website to add more users to it and send out monthly updates/information.
