YGG's been hard at it for over 3 years now. It actually started as a forum back in the day, the blog was just added a year or so ago.

Thank you for the kind welcomes! It's great to see such diversity in people! I have yet to travel to Canada or Australia, but I definitely will within the next few years! Seems like everyone else is pretty much back east, except for a few of us? I noticed quite a few of you guys are building/buying new homes! That's wonderful! To me, that is one great sign of success.. when my peers start taking root somewhere. What does everyone here do for a living?

The best coast?... damn straight! haha- just kidding -- I actually haven't really traveled much out of the west coast areas, so I don't know much about other places! Thanks for the nice words Travis... I LOVE the Stewie picture on your account profile. *=)

Most of the time I am a full time student and running two businesses. This summer I am interning at one of the top DoD contractors in the US. My businesses include a web development company (we just signed a new client the other day, woohoo!) and an eBay sales business. Besides those, I also run a few different sites including Dorm Room Biz, Virginia Hiker, TheRavenSymone, and others launching soon. Dorm Room Biz and Virginia Hiker are on the hiatus right now, but should be fully functional again within a week or so.

Welcome to YGG , I'm fairly new here myself, and we've never met :)

I'm from Upstate New York, just outside of Albany.

I'm a web developer during the day, working hard to build an Internet empire in the evenings.

Welcome to the board, fellow Go Getter.

The East Coast isn't so bad. The water is much darker and sand much grittier, but still good times nonetheless. I took a short 5-month stint in SC and somewhat enjoyed my time there. Very nice bar and club scene.

Can't say much about other areas up north of the coast.

Oh believe me...there is plenty of fun being had..many nights of having too much fun actually. I could have a lot more money if my self diagnosed ADD didnt kick in all the time and call for some fun :-)

Speaking of having a lot on our plates, I have just spent the last 2 hours adding categories, manufacturers, and some products to a new ecommerce site :-D
