So as a UK downloader, I just watched the season finale of LOST.

OMG, I felt like crying, but it really was an awesome episode, and I'm def gonna miss Charlie.

    So many questions:
    Who was in the coffin?
Why does Jack wanna go back?
Were there people still left on the island?
Who's on the rescue boat? People from Dharma Initiative?

The list goes on. What did you guys think?

Perfect name for the show, though. Because I'm lost every time I try to watch it.

Yeah I'll definitely be watching next season. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to shows like that so I wasn't one of the people bitching about this season. I do have to say that 24 was definitely lacking this year compared to others, but I still watched every episode and enjoyed it. Hopefully they come back next year and don't suck as bad.

Haha, I'm not a big 24 watcher myself, in fact I havn't seen a single episode. I suppose I didn't have time when I was watching The O.C., Prison Break, Lost and a bit of Heroes all downloaded lol.

The O.C. was awesome - Season 2 was probably the best season of anything for me yet, but then it got crappy, real shame (and Mischa left :( ).

What else do you guys watch?

    Sopranos, Entourage, Lost, 24, Nip/Tuck, The 4400, and Friends re-runs (yeah that's right, I said F-R-I-E-N-D-S)

    I think that's it...

Totally agree, big OC fan here

Big Smallville and Scrubs fan, also watch Entourage and Boston Legal religiously.

was have the convo with my boss today at work about how can lost go on with so many seasons. They are set for another 2 or 3 season after this.... how much shit can happen on an island???

So many people are into it but i just cant see why people watch it...

I tend to watch series where thing are kinda based on real life or somewhat something I'm interested in (to some extent) be is rich kids, an entourage in LA, or lawyers...
I cant see the interest in LOST...
    random rant over

There's a lot more to LOST than the island. You probably don't get it because you didn't give it long enough to get involved in the characters and that's always what makes you stick with a show.

If you didn't see the pilot and a few episodes after that, you have no connection with the show. It's definitely not a show you can just hop in the middle of (IMO).

The show has a lot of relationships, love, anger, sadness, confusion...and they are shown on the island and through the flashbacks that happen on every episode. Every-time there's a flashback you get a little more character development, and a little more reason to stick around.

Yeah totally agree with Eric (although I'm a complete LOST fanboy).

The best bits about the show is the constant linking of plots and interlinking of character's lives. Take for example, when we found out that Jack and Clare are half-brothers and sisters - totally weird. And the LOST producers are clever - they just leak out a little bit of new information every episode - that's what keeps me going.

Yeah also you gotta watch it from the beginning. I tried getting into Heroes on the 6/7th episode, didn't have a clue what was going on. I'm gonna rewatch it this summer though :)
