    Current business owners, do you do customer callbacks for customer satisfaction surveys, etc.?

    If so, do you do it yourself or outsource it?
    Do you find it effective?
    Is it expensive?
    How long do you wait to call them back? 4 days? A week? Two weeks?

    If you do not use them, tell us why not.

    I am interested in learning about this side of business, so YGG, educate me!

    I never do it as a survey, more of a casual call to see how things are and if there's anything I can do to help .

    I do callbacks all the time. They have gotten me a lot of sales after the initial sale. I have never done a survey though.

    What questions do you guys ask? "Is there anything else we can do for you?" "What else can we do to completely satisfy you?", etc.?

    I do casual calls as well. Most of my business systems are automated so alot of my customer feedback is collected semi-regularly.

    I call everyone that buys anything with me after 2 weeks, 3 months and six months. It creats a good relashionship and I have created many sales off call backs.
