    What area, or does it matter? Any other keywords I could use? PHP, MySQL, and "application development" is going to land a ton of resumes. Currently working? Full time gig?

    Area? Do you mean location? Phoenix, Seattle or Toronto.

    What would you suggest in regards to additional keywords. I'm not really sure what else we could do to refine the search.

    What are the categories where we can add criteria?

    Part Time gig. We would prefer to have someone interested in being a partner in the business but will take someone as a freelancer.

    • common design patterns

    • knows pros/cons of existing frameworks

    MySQL

    • relational database design

    • query optimization

    • indexing

    • joins

    • stored procedures

    If you want to talk to them that would be great and you could give us your opinion but if that is too much work then just source us the resumes that would be fine as well.
