I will be opening www.thhjs.com for business soon, and obviously to do so I need a credit card gateway and payment processor. The Website Payments Pro plan looks comprehensive, it's fairly cheap, and the percentages are pretty reasonable. However I have heard plenty of stories about paypal problems, so my question is, do you all think that PPWPP is a good choice?

Well, never actually used paypal website pro, cause I am in canada :( Can't use it. lol but if you keep your paypal account balance low and make regular withdraws there shouldn't be any problems. Paypal actually helped me to get some fraud payments back, and I hadn't had any trouble with them so far. :)
Have Fun

I would suggest Authorize.net and a real merchant account. Apply for a merchant account at charge.com - they take risks with online startups. Otherwise, PayPal will work until you start getting chargebacks, you're totally unprotected - it's awful.
