At some point we'll all be meeting up for a ginormous YGG get together. So I figured I'd put an early shopping list together.

Doesn't have to be alcohol if you're a young'n, just what do you love drink when you're partying, relaxing, working, etc...

    No particular order

    Barq's root beer, can only
    Eggnog
Zinfandel La Cetto -- incredible wine we found in Cozumel. The only one Leann will drink. No "bite". Very smooth. Perfect.

Southern Comfort of course...many of you already know that, mixed with Diet Coke or Dr. Pepper is preferred, but OJ and Cranberry juice is good as well.

    Am I invited?

    Eggnog
    Coffee

And (though I would never ever drink since I'm underage) I've heard... from quality sources... that Bailey's Irish Cream, Captain Morgan, and Jack Daniel's are all quite nice.

Yes, all of those are delectable. I'm not a HUGE J. Daniels fan, but I love me some Captain and coke.

When I'm just going to drink and not eat with it, Corona or Mike's Hard Lemonade is usually my safe bet.

When I'm eating I enjoy either a Heineken or Foster's Lager.

lol. Why's that? I believe Molson's brews it over here in Canada and still label it as an import. What did they do to the Aussies? lol

Fosters to Australians is comparable to Milwaukee's Best here in the US. Not sure what to compare it to for Canadian beer.

I tend to stay away from liquor... Perhaps a shot of Jack or Beam, but nothing more. Otherwise, I stick to beer - I'm really into trying new stuff and will drink just about any beer (Milwaukee's included).

I also like some wine, but I find most to be too sweet or too tart. It's hard to find the right combination.

Vodka Tonic, Capitan and Coke and about any beer and i am a happy camper. I haven't drank southern comfort since high school, but i remember it being great so throw that on the list too.

Usually Talisker, which is a Speyside Single Malt Scotch.

Along the same vein, I also like Oban and Glenlivet.

For beer, I'm a big fan of Belhaven Wee Heavy, when I can get it.

    For something less esoteric, I'll take a Smithwick's, Guinness, or a McEwan's.
