General Business: Zubka - Become a recruiter on the side

I came across Zubka via VentureBeat and think that they may be onto something.

Like the article says, there are way too many job sites out there right now. But I think one that has such a healthy incentive available to people to do the referral work can gain some traction. Essentially their community becomes their job recruitment staff, with them taking a healthy cut off the top. I really think this type of virtualized placement service could work.

What do you all think? Is there another category/industry where this type of business model would work?
