Advertising & Marketing: Banned from Adsense, applied again and accepted?

Awhile ago like 2003 I got into Google AdSense and got banned within the first week, (me being intrigued and click random things and really having no idea what was going on) was 14 at the time...
I applied for AdSense again 2 days ago thinking they might let me back in and they did, thing is that I would like to put Google AdSense back on the website I was banned on, so my question is would there be a problem with it or should it be fine?
Also I don’t want to email Google about it as they might just ban me again as they have a life time ban...
If any of you guys could help, that would be great.

Happened to me to, I put ads back on the banned site and within a week I was booted out again - now they wont even consider letting me sign up as long as my name is involved. Basically I'm blacklisted now, not just the URL.

well every time i applied with my name they seemed to dissalow it, lucky that im the only person with my first name and last name combination in the world...
but i used my initials and last name so it was J L Banham, banks aslo accept this aswell, i applied to a site that i had been unapproved for before aswell. I also got approved in 3 hours so i was shocked at how quick it wasTry and apply with you name a E "Middle initial" Windsor and see if you get in, i would like to see if you get approved.

The only bad Google experience I have had is in applying but being knocked back because it was only a "coming soon" page at that stage :P
If you are blacklisted for good I guess it really pays to play by the rules eh?

I think you'll eventually get booted again once they catch on.
We were using Eric's Adsense on the old site when they allowed us to use it again after being banned. They remembered YGG's ban a few weeks after allowing it to be used and took back everything we had earned.
I might write to them and re-explain the situation, see if we can use my Adsense on the site. But yes, it is next to impossible to get unbanned and they will eventually catch on and not pay you.

well at the moment I applied under my business, trading as myself, so as far as they know I'm a totally different person, the only way they would find out is if they check the who is data for the domain.
but then again all the information I supplied is different but the phone number, so I'm guessing as long as i dont put it on the site that i was banned on I will and should be fine.
I hear about people using there family member names and address and all that, Ill see how it goes, all I can do is try and see.
If i get banned at $40 or so i will jsut cut my losses, if its over $100 i might be a little pissed off.
I have other ways to make money than AdSense so ill be fine. -
If you don't use the Adsense on the domain that got banned you should be fine.
