LOL firstly the title is ridiculous.

Also anyone going to see it / has seen it? For me it comes out on Friday and Im going with mates after school. We're all Borat fans and find him hilarious so it should be awesome.

Caused quite a stir he're in the UK at the premiere (due to the religious abuse that Sacha Baron Cohen uses in the film and in his The Ali G Show sketches). Also Sacha grew up in Staines which is where Im going to watch the film - so I have a social link with him as well!

Da Ali G Show was one of the best on HBO and Sacha Baron Cohen is hilarious. I'm going with friends to see it Saturday. The soundtrack is pretty hilarious too - it's got "Throw the Jew Down the Well" and many other'classics'. It's available on Ruckus if any of yall have access to that.

KK well last night I went to go see the film with 8 other mates. It was soooo funny.
Most of the jokes were just poking fun at everyone/thing (Jews, Christians, Muslims, Black people, White people, Americans).

It was actually quite weird though seeing the American reaction. Please dont take offence but quite a few were quite naive in their thinking (maybe the film only showed a small minority of Americans) - like Borat said, "I support your war of terror" and everyone in the Rodeo stadium cheered like mad even though they didnt get what he was saying. And the things they said about Muslims was disturbing.

But in general with the naked wrestling and jokes it was a fab film and probably the best one this year (if not, my favourite film ever!)
    Anyone else see it?

I just watched the movie today. And i have to be honest, i was disappointed. I found that the interview things were great, but the scripted parts, like him throwing all the stuff into the fire, are just...well...not borat.
My favourite part was: "Hi, my namma Borat." "Don't fucking touch me!" "I just wanna say hi to you" "if you touch me, I pop one into your sac."

Just got back - I thought it was pretty funny (love the use of animals). Definitely heavily scripted, but typical of skits turned into movies (much like the Wayne's World movies. Hey, now I know another country's national anthem :-)

Hey guys, sorry to bring this one back up. I have a few videos of me being the special guest, borat. You might not get the speech, so watch the dancing one first.
There was an event at my school to raise awareness for the Darfur Crisis. I (borat) was suppose to finish the evening with a closing humourous speech, but because of the time crunch, i was cut.
