I am part of a $100 Challenge with my local Youth Group leadership team.
Well I have decided to blog my teams actions, and am hoping to make at least 1 post per day, maybe more, with updates, new ideas, etc.
I am a member of many forums, and have the link to the site in my signature in all of them, so I am expecting traffic to be quite big on this one.

actually it has nothing to do with me if you read my blog...I am raising money for a program that we are running is schools..i get nothing out of this.
Count me in, what do I do? Will I be able to change the link at a later date? Ideas will be moving to its own domain soon or I if I could make a complete change, I would like to have Jan's Group Home Help link instead when its launched (I'd even be happy to donate another $5 to change the link).
Have you considered a pay pal donation button? Above the button you could list maybe 5-10 expenses and it will give people some ideas for donation amounts, plus let them know where their money is going. Great cause, keep up the good work. I don't get to church much lately (I've been working Sundays), but our church has been a blessing for my daughters (who were just baptised last week!) with me working so many hours. The youth pastor and his wife have been epecially helpful. The activities are great for both of them as well.Jan's Ideas

The money we are raiseing go toward running the events in the schools. for prizes, food, and entertainment. It is all put on to provide entertainment for the students, while promoting, ignite youth, a drug and alcohol free event that we run every friday night.
also it is awesome to hear how the local church has impacted your family.
I was thinking something like $$ amount per prize, etc. for the list, like.... Donate $$$ for 8 hot dogs and buns $$$ for ______ prize $$$ for 12 sodas $$$ for 10 gift cards for McDonalds
Good luck on the paypal insert. Did you use the button code they provide? Did it not work? Is it you can't get it in place on the site? I'm curious because its something I want to learn about. I just signed up w/paypal and may be putting it on one of my blogs.Jan's Ideas
