The question and comment I have about selling blogs is how effective can it be to sell a blog to someone else. Your readership has subscribed to YOU and your content, not someone else's. I would be very interested to see the subscriber counts before a blog is announcing it will be sold and a month after the sale. Wrt Om's redesign, not too big of a fan actually. I think it's too drastically different from his original design, which I found much better structured and well laid out (especially the blog posts' content itself).
