Cringeworthy.
Our local paper once run a photo of a group of elderly women on a bus trip. The caption read “You may want to crop out the old lady on the right because she’s dead now.”

That’s along the same idea of the misunderstood title, ‘Soldiers lose arms.’ There was a lot of talk about that one.

That’s… just… stupid. Agree that someone somewhere is short a job because of this. Though the one about the old lady being dead is even more priceless, haha.
