Yahoo! going Green

Yahoo! Green

Yahoo! is pushing people to live Green. But unlike douche bags Al Gore and John Travolta, they’re not just going to talk the talk. Yahoo! has pledged to be carbon neutral by the end of 2007. Not a small task when you’re 11,000+ employees strong.

I don’t agree with you about Al Gore, but John Travolta is without a doubt a douche bag.

I guess you’re right, douche bag just doesn’t quite say it. I’ll try to come up with something a bit more harsh and descriptive :)

It’s good to see a major company step up and take the lead. There are a lot of companies doing it but probably not many as large as Yahoo.

That’s really good of Yahoo to do that - shows that they’ve got good intentions (or is it just a marketing and love ploy?)

    Google, its your turn now…

Even if it’s a marketing ploy it’s still one with good intentions. Hell even if everyone did the right thing for the wrong reasons it’s better than them doing the wrong thing for the wrong reasons.

It’s a step in the right direction.
